Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide expert recommendations on product features and usage.
• Sales & Promotion: Actively cross-sell or upsell related items to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Cashier & POS Duties: Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Store Upkeep: Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock shelves, and keep the sales floor and fitting rooms tidy.
• Inventory Management: Receive and unpack new shipments, assist with stock counts, and report low-stock or damaged items. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but often not required.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, a friendly demeanor, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Hard Skills: Basic math skills for handling transactions, plus familiarity with inventory and POS software.
