Sales & Business Performance

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Store Operations

• Ensure smooth daily store operations.

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall store appearance.

Team Management

• Supervise, motivate, and coach the store team.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
• Conduct daily sales briefings and performance reviews.
• Train employees on products, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and grooming standards.

Customer Service

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction scores.

Inventory & Cash Management

• Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
• Maintain records of cash, invoices, and store documentation.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with audit and statutory requirements.
