Mantra Goldcoatings offers premium luxury metal plating services for idols, temple décor, hotel interiors, and architectural brass elements. Our finishes include 24K gold, silver, copper, and specialized antique patinas for both restoration and new execution projects.

 Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Hybrid Sales Executive who can manage showroom walkins and conduct field outreach to premium clients such as temples, star hotels, convention centers, luxury residences, architects, and designers. The role involves understanding plating applications, pitching services, converting enquiries, and coordinating service execution.

 Key Responsibilities

 Showroom Responsibilities

 Attend walkin customers and showcase product finishes & plating capabilities

 Handle enquiries, capture requirements, and create order/job sheets

 Process billing & invoicing via Zoho Books / Zoho PoS

 Maintain showroom display standards and documentation

 Field Sales Responsibilities

 Identify and visit temples, luxury hotels, banquet/convention spaces, and premium establishments with brass décor/pieces

 Pitch Mantra’s plating & restoration services with samples and presentations

 Conduct site surveys, take measurements (linear / square feet), note materials & condition

 Prepare basic estimation inputs for quotations

 Build relationships with key decision makers (priests, admin staff, facility managers, architects, designers, purchase teams)

 Coordinate pickup logistics and ensure smooth job execution

 Follow up for payments, approvals, and repeat business

 Required Skills & Experience

 1–4 years in sales, retail, field sales, hospitality, or interior/art industry preferred

 Ability to communicate with premium clientele fluently & respectfully

 Languages: Kannada + English + Hindi required; Tamil/Telugu a plus

 Software knowledge:

 ✓ Zoho Books / Zoho PoS (or willingness to learn)

 ✓ MS Excel

 ✓ Microsoft Office

 Comfortable with measurements (ft/inch/cm), area calculations (sqft/sqm)

 Twowheeler with valid driving license preferred (travel allowance extra)

 Wellgroomed, professional, and presentable

 Positive attitude with strong persuasion & followup skills

 Compensation

 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

 Travel allowance + performance incentives for conversions

 Work Schedule

 09:00 AM – 09:00 PM (Retail + Field Visits Based on Day)

 Weekly off / shift rotation as per retail policy
