Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer

service, assisting customers in their purchase journey, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a

seamless in-store experience. The role requires strong communication skills, customer focus,

and a passion for retail sales.


Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a warm and engaging shopping experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Assist customers with product information, pricing, promotions, and offers.

• Support visual merchandising activities and maintain attractive product displays.

• Ensure adherence to store SOPs, policies, and brand standards.

• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock verification

activities.

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.

• Participate in promotional events and customer engagement activities.

• Ensure the safety and security of store merchandise.

Eligibility

Education

• Any Degree (UG)

• Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related fields

• MBA/PGDM (Freshers interested in Retail Sales may also apply)

Experience

• Freshers are welcome.

• Internship or prior experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, aviation, or

sales will be an added advantage.
