Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary: The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role helps maintain store appearance, supports sales goals, and handles transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selection.

• Sales Support: Promote products, upsell when appropriate, and help customers make informed buying decisions.
• Merchandising: Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure products are properly labeled and presented.
• Transactions: Operate the cash register, process sales, handle returns or exchanges, and manage cash or card payments accurately.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and new inventory.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong work ethic and a team player attitude
