Greet every customer entering the store with a friendly approach.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell products to increase bill value.

Maintain excellent product knowledge of all collections and offers.

Assist customers with size selection, fitting, and styling suggestions.

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Arrange and replenish stock on shelves and display areas.

Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card transactions accurately.

Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty benefits.

Collect customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships.

Follow up with customers through WhatsApp for new arrivals and promotions.

Manage stock checking and report low inventory to the manager.

Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.

Support store opening and closing activities.

Ensure high customer satisfaction to encourage repeat purchases.

Promote Google Reviews and customer referrals.

Maintain daily sales reports and customer data records.

Work as a team to achieve overall store sales goals.

Represent the KA53 Mens Club brand professionally at all times.
