Job Description
The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by greeting customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable products and accessories. The role involves demonstrating product features, achieving sales targets, processing billing and payments, handling pre-orders, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers. The executive is also responsible for maintaining attractive product displays, keeping the store clean and organized, managing stock availability, and assisting with inventory checks. They should promote ongoing offers, memberships, warranties, and other value-added services while handling customer queries and complaints professionally. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.
