Miheeka Fashions Mall is a growing family fashion store offering a wide range of sarees, ethnic wear, dresses, kids wear, men's wear and other fashion products. We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Retail Sales Executives to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

• Assist customers in selecting sarees, dresses, ethnic wear and other fashion products.

• Explain product features, prices, offers and available varieties.

• Demonstrate products and provide personalized recommendations.

• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a good shopping experience.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain proper display and arrangement of products.

• Support stock checking, tagging and product organization.

• Assist with billing and POS operations when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the sales area.

• Handle customers politely and build good customer relationships.

• Support exhibition and promotional activities conducted by the company when required.

Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales preferred.

• Candidates with experience in sarees, textiles, garments, fashion stores or shopping malls will be preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-friendly attitude and positive approach.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Willingness to achieve sales targets.

• Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.

• Candidates should be presentable, active and willing to learn.

Education:

10th or below 10th, 12th Pass / PUC or above.

Experience:

1–3 years preferred in Retail Sales / Fashion / Garments / Textiles.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
