RESTAURANT MANAGER – QSRDepartment: Operations

Locations: HSR & Nagawara, Bangalore

Reporting To: Area Manager / Cluster Manager

Salary Budget: ₹30,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager – QSR to manage the overall operations and performance of the outlet. The candidate will be responsible for sales, customer service, food quality, hygiene, inventory, team management, and achieving operational and profitability targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete day-to-day operations of the QSR outlet.
• Drive sales, food cost, manpower cost, and profitability targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor Swiggy, Zomato, and other online platform ratings and reviews.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, taste, presentation, and SOP compliance.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and statutory compliance.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and material consumption.
• Plan manpower requirements, shift schedules, attendance, and productivity.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular operational, kitchen, inventory, and hygiene audits.
• Control operational expenses and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Complete daily reports, checklists, and operational documentation.
• EligibilityGraduate / Diploma / 12th Pass with relevant QSR experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, cloud kitchen, food service, or hospitality operations.
• Restaurant/team management experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, inventory, and restaurant operations.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
