Restaurant Captain

Job Summary

New Kerala Restaurant is seeking experienced Restaurant Captains to supervise daily service operations, coordinate service staff, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily restaurant service operations.

· Welcome guests and ensure a smooth dining experience.

· Assign duties to service staff and monitor their performance.

· Take and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy.

· Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery.

· Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.

· Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene.

· Monitor service quality and maintain restaurant service standards.

· Support staff training and maintain discipline within the service team.

· Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant service or guest service.

· Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain, Senior GSA, or equivalent role is preferred.

· Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

· Knowledge of restaurant service standards and procedures.

· Ability to lead and coordinate a team.

· Good problem-solving skills and a professional attitude.

· Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
