Job Description

  • Sales Generation:
  • Selling various banking products like savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, debit/credit cards, and third-party products like insurance and mutual funds. 
  • Customer Acquisition:
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers for the bank through various means, including direct sales, referrals, and networking. 
  • Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to promote further sales and ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various methods like cold calling, market research, and networking. 
  • Sales Targets:
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets on a monthly and periodic basis. 
  • Compliance:
  • Ensuring all sales activities adhere to the bank's compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements. 
  • Market Research:
  • Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. 
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handling customer queries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns. 
  • Travel:
  • Extensive travel within the assigned area to meet with customers and conduct sales activities
