Job Title: Relationship Manager / Sales – Real EstateJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager / Sales Executive for our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client relationships, generating leads, site visit coordination, property sales, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

  • Key Responsibilities:Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate properties.
  • Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales closures.
  • Maintain client database and update CRM/sales reports regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking formalities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project information.
  • Required Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and customer handling ability.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement experience.
  • Ability to convince and close deals effectively.
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and reporting tools preferred.
  • Real estate sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Eligibility:Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in Real Estate / Property Sales preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also apply (for junior roles).
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:Male/Female candidates with good presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
