Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are hiring Field Sales Executives / Relationship Managers to drive site visits, walk-in conversions, and residential property sales. This is a high-incentive, field-based role ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, are target-driven, and want fast career growth in real estate sales.

What You'll Do

• Generate and follow up on leads via cold calls.
• Conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through the buying journey
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth documentation and handover
• Achieve monthly site-visit and sales targets

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (real estate, banking, insurance, or edtech sales are welcome)
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for site visits)
• Smartphone required
• Comfortable with day-long field work for Saturday and Sundays and 5-day work week (Mon-Tue week off)
• Local language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu) will be an added advantage

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed salary range : ₹30000 – ₹45000 per month.
• Upto 40% incentives on every closed deal
• Fast-track promotion to Senior RM / Team Lead within 6–12 months based on performance
