Job Description

-Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition through field visits and customer meetings.

-Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.

-Generate business through direct sales, referrals, and market visits.

-Cold calling, Identify and approach potential customers

-Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements

-Present products/services and explain key benefits, financial planning

-Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers

-Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

-Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports
