About the Role We are looking for a Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, understand their requirements, and provide suitable property solutions.

• Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Manage relationships with NoBroker paid customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
• Follow up with leads and support deal closure.
• Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers.
• Upsell/cross-sell relevant services when required.
• Maintain regular communication and provide updates to customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Requirements Any Undergraduate / Postgraduate qualification.

• Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.

• Good English communication skills.
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Comfortable working from office.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, including Saturday & Sunday.
• Week off: Monday to Thursday (rotational).
• Candidates should be comfortable relocating near the workplace.
• Work Details
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Work Days: 6 days/week
• Incentives: Up to ₹15,000/month based on performance
• Training: Initial training will be provided.
