Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products and solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer references, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Explain insurance policy features, benefits, premium structures, and coverage details to customers.
- Follow up with customers for policy renewals, premium payments, and new business conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners for policy issuance and customer servicing.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely resolution of their queries.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company and insurance industry guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business performance.
