About the Role

We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Regional Sales Managers to drive business growth across their respective territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and achieving revenue targets through both B2B and B2C sales channels.

The role requires extensive travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with decision-makers across colleges, universities and training institutes.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across the education sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, and educational organizations.
  • Drive market penetration and expand the company's presence within the assigned region.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings with key stakeholders.

 

B2B Sales

  • Engage with Principals, Directors, Trustees, Management Teams, and Educational Administrators.
  • Promote educational solutions, training programs, technology platforms, and institutional partnerships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close institutional agreements.
  • Build strategic partnerships with educational organizations and government bodies.

 

B2C Sales

  • Drive student enrollments and admissions.
  • Promote certification programs, training courses, and career development initiatives.
  • Conduct seminars, awareness programs, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
  • Build relationships with students, parents, and career counsellors.

 

Revenue & Target Management

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of KPIs and business objectives.

 

Market Development

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
  • Recommend new products, services, and expansion strategies.

 

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the region.

 

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Commerce, or related field.
  • MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred.

 

Experience

  • Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Educational Marketing.
  • Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, Skill Development, LMS, ERP, HRMS, or Consulting sectors is preferred.
