Job Description

Hiring For REGIONAL COORDINATORS ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Level 2)


1) Call adherence


a) Daily mapping Reactive calls

  1. Review open tickets in his territory
  2. Check fitter plan and reminding them to have PPEs with them and advising them to use them during the market visit
  3. Align fitters for call closer as per TAT
  4. Daily briefing to fitters and asking fitters to keep a check on Competition Fixture and GSBs installed in the market
  5. Making travel plan after discussion with TM as per TAT condition of tkt
  6. Up country reactive tkt visit plan should be shared to TM for approval before a working day


2) Call closure


a) Ensure all fitters are on ground & reporting to stores as per plan shared

  1. Discuss if any issue is there
  2. Ensure fitters are carrying required material for the calls


b) Ensure proper store assessment of stores & identification of defects in reactive visits

  1. Ensure fitter attend all the calls at store
  2. Verify whether fitter closer the ticket with dealer confirmation
  3. Ensure recce has been done properly in case of production
  4. Ensure measurements and other requirements are correct for production


c) Cross checking the Fitter movement physically/on call & coordinating on closure of activities/reactive tickets

  1. Asking for Selfie, speaking to store promoter / SPC if required


d) Ensure at least 95% call closure by fitters on daily basis

  1. Ensure minimum 95% maintenance calls are closed within TAT – Ensure minimum 95% maintenance calls are closed within TAT


e) Pre CAB approval

Pre CAB approval should be sent after club ticket as much as possible and within TAT

3) Material / inventory coordination


a) Ensure fitters carry the basic items in the kit bag

  1. Ensure fitters kitbag has all the required tools
  2. Ensure fitters are carrying all the elements required for call closer in their plan
  3. Coordinate with KAM/BAM in case of any shortfall
  4. Update to BAM/KAM on remaining inventory of material if required


b) Coordinate all material requirements from Vendor back office

  1. Verify the material availability with all the fitters
  2. Prepare the data and share with back office for requirement
  3. Follow up with back office for Inventory requirement
  4. Coordinate with production vendor – share the requirement and delivery timelines
  5. Prepare the plan of cab for production calls and share with KAM for further approval
  6. Track the logistic partner in coordination with back office for supply of material


c) Arrange for off the shelves procurement of items

  1. Coordinate with KAM/BAM for fund transfer to fitters in case they need to get the material locally
