Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS or recruitment database.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

Experience

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in volume hiring, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Industrial Staffing, or Blue-Collar hiring is an added advantage.
