Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist patients and visitors
* Manage appointments and bookings
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
* Maintain patient records and reception area
* Coordinate with doctors and other staff members
* Handle basic billing and administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in English and Kannada (additional languages are a plus)
* Basic computer knowledge
* Pleasant personality and professional attitude
* Ability to multitask and work in a team
* Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory
