• Roles & ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
• Manage front desk operations and office coordination
• Handle courier services, parcels, and office correspondence
• Support administrative and HR activities when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
• Prepare basic reports and maintain office files/documents
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office communication
