Job Description
- Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly, and seamless patient experience.
- Manage appointments, enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in patients.
- Register patients, maintain medical records, and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Generate bills, process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations and minimal waiting time.
- Conduct appointment confirmations, follow-ups, patient feedback, and Google review requests.
- Maintain reception, waiting area, office records, stationery, and coordinate housekeeping and vendors.
- Update clinic management software with appointments, treatments, payments, and patient details.
- Support clinic marketing activities, promotional campaigns, referrals, and patient engagement initiatives.
- Perform general administrative and office assistance duties while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
