1. Initiate outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
2. Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our properties.
4. Follow up with leads through calls, emails & SMS to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
5. Maintain accurate records of clients & calls.
6. Arrange the site visits & have good follow ups.
7. Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns effectively.
8. Stay updated about market trends and real estate developments to better assist customer assistance.
