Market Analysis: Analyzes local property market trends, competitor actions, and economic indicators to adjust pricing and sales strategies.

Client Relations: Handles high-value clients, key negotiations, and escalations to close major property deals.

Sales Operations: Prepares performance reports, tracks pipeline data, and ensures all sales activities follow local real estate laws.
