Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team at Naaz Real Estate Pvt Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, promoting residential and commercial properties, and achieving sales targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, referrals, and site visits
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals successfully
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams for promotional activities
  • Stay updated with current real estate market trends and competitor activities
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate market
  • Ability to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
