Role Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end sales of residential and new properties

* Connect with interested buyers and understand requirements

* Conduct site visits and client meetings

* Negotiate and close deals

* Achieve weekly sales targets

* Maintain strong customer relationships

Skills Required

* Strong communication in English & Hindi

* Sales and negotiation skills

* Customer relationship management

* MS Office knowledge

* Energetic and target-driven attitude

* Local language is a plus

Experience & Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline preferred

* 6 months–3 year sales experience

* Real estate experience is an advantage

* Candidates currently working / serving notice preferred
