Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Whitefield

  • We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to manage end-to-end property sales—from lead handling to deal closure. The role requires strong client management, negotiation skills, and the ability to convert high-value opportunities into successful transactions.
  • Handle and convert qualified leads (including Hot Leads) provided by the inventory team
  • Generate and manage self-sourced leads through personal networks and referrals
  • Understand client requirements (budget, location, configuration, investment intent)


  • 2. Client Engagement
  • Conduct property consultations and recommend suitable options
  • Organize and manage site visits
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive trust and repeat business
  • 3. Sales & ClosureDrive the complete sales cycle:
  • → Lead → Site Visit → Negotiation → Closure
  • Actively follow up and ensure timely conversion of opportunities
  • Negotiate with clients and sellers to close deals effectively
  • 4. CollaborationWork closely with the inventory team for Hot Leads and property matching
  • Coordinate with sellers, landlords, and channel partners when required
  • Collaborate internally to improve deal conversion
  • 5. CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate and timely updates in Zoho CRM
  • Track leads, site visits, and deal progress
  • Ensure transparency and documentation of all client interactions
  • Performance Metrics (KPIs)Revenue generated (post contribution)
  • Quarterly target achievement
  • Lead-to-closure conversion ratio
