About the Role:

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Relationship Manager with strong experience in real estate sales and channel partner management. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end sales cycles and driving closures through Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and generate business through Channel Partners (CPs)

* Build and maintain strong relationships with CP networks

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options

* Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the buying journey

* Negotiate and close deals effectively

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Key Requirements:

* 0-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales

* Mandatory experience in handling Channel Partners (CP)

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Target-driven with a proven track record in closures

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
