Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator


Real EstateRole Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and responsible Sales Coordinator who can effectively understand client requirements, align them with suitable property options, and drive the entire sales journey from inquiry to closure. This role requires strong ownership, client-handling skills, and a results-oriented mindset.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client requirements in detail (budget, location, preferences, purpose).
  • Identify and present the best-matching or alternative property options.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end site visits for clients.
  • Assist clients during property visits and provide complete project insights.
  • Educate clients, address concerns, and clear misconceptions.
  • Continuously nurture clients and guide them towards closure.
  • Handle negotiations and support deal finalization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including PSM for seller coordination).
  • Arrange and manage conference calls between stakeholders when required.
  • Capture additional requirements and cross-sell relevant opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless handover of finalized deals to the Transaction Coordinator (TC) for documentation and closure.
  • Work Structure:The majority of the time will be spent at project sites assisting clients with visits.
  • Remaining time will be office-based, depending on work schedules.
  • Saturday & Sunday are key working days (client-facing role).
  • Weekly off will be provided on Tuesday or Wednesday (as per internal discussion).


  • Compensation:
  • Real estate experienced: 40,000/-
  • Experienced in sales & clients handling role from different industry: 30,000/-
  • Incentives: 5 to 15% on generated revenue (opportunity to earn upto 90,000/- & even more)
  • Petrol allowance & Recharge will be taken care.


Work Location: Whitefield & Soukya Road, Bangalore.
