Job Title: Sales Lead (Channel Partner)

1. Sales Strategy & Planning• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.

• Forecast sales targets and budgets for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.

• Identify market opportunities and plan campaigns to capitalize on them.

2. Leadership & Team Management• Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales managers, team leaders, and sales executives.

3. Revenue & Target Achievement• Own overall revenue targets for the organization.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; take corrective actions when needed.

• Drive high conversion rates and ensure consistent growth in sales volume.

4. Business Development & Key Account Management• Develop relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, corporate clients, and channel partners.

• Secure strategic partnerships and bulk sales deals.

• Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and major deal closures.

5. Market Intelligence & Product Positioning• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to guide strategy.

• Work with product and marketing teams to position properties effectively.

• Recommend pricing, promotional activities, and product mix changes based on market feedback.
