Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding property inquiries

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups

• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and site visit information to customers

• Coordinate with sales team for customer meetings and site visits

• Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates in CRM/Excel

• Follow up with existing and new customers regularly

• Maintain professional customer communication and relationship management

• Support digital and marketing campaigns through lead calling activities

• Achieve monthly lead generation and site visit targets

• Coordinate with channel partners and customer references when required

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales process

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally

• Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling

• Kannada, English, and Hindi communication preferred

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
