Quantity Surveyor

We are urgently hiring a quantity surveyor with experience in residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.

* Review drawings and specifications for quantity calculations.

* Monitor project costs and budgets.

* Evaluate contractor and vendor quotations.

* Prepare billing, measurements, and project cost reports.

* Coordinate with project, site, and procurement teams.

* Ability to handle quantity surveying activities independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

* Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

* Experience in quantity estimation, costing, and billing.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

* Good analytical and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables effectively.

* Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
