Job Description
Quality Assurance Manager – ManufacturingKey Responsibilities:
- Manage PPAP, APQP and 5 Core Quality Tools documentation and activities.
- Prepare and review PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, MSA, SPC and PPAP documents.
- Ensure product and process quality as per customer requirements and standards.
- Handle customer complaints, 8D, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Conduct internal/process audits and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
- Monitor quality KPIs including PPM, rejection, scrap, rework and customer complaints.
- Lead and develop the Quality team and drive continuous improvement.
