Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management

Create and process purchase orders (POs).

Ensure purchase documentation is accurate.

Vendor Coordination

Communicate with suppliers

Request quotations and compare offers.

Maintain supplier records and contact information.

Inventory Support

Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs.

Coordinate with warehouse or inventory teams.

Help prevent stock shortages or overstocking.

Data Entry and Record Keeping

Maintain procurement databases and files.

Update purchasing records, contracts, and invoices.

Generate procurement reports when needed.

Compliance and Policy Adherence

Follow company procurement policies and procedures.

Ensure purchases comply with budget and approval requirements.

Support audits and documentation reviews.
