Job Description
- Identify and source commercial spaces such as offices, retail outlets, and showrooms based on client requirements.
- Conduct property surveys, market research, and site visits.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property scouting or real estate.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and clients to facilitate property shortlisting and finalization.
- Evaluate properties based on location, feasibility, budget, and client needs.
- Maintain an updated database of available commercial properties.
- Achieve monthly property sourcing targets.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of the commercial real estate market.
