About Us:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, and maintenance of our premium residential properties across Bengaluru (mostly in HSR and Haralur Road)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property operations, including security, housekeeping, and building maintenance.
- Resolve service requests promptly.
- Supervise service vendors.
Qualifications:
- 12th Pass or diploma.
- Minimum 6 months of experience managing residential properties in Bengaluru.
- Strong understanding of building management systems and local vendor networks.
- Good English communication.
- Proficiency in local languages (Kannada) is a strong advantage.
