Dear Candidate, We having an opening for our company "VAR Facility services Pvt. Ltd" for the post of "Property Manager-Technical"

Position: Property Manager Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field

Salary : As per the company norms

Key Responsibilities -Manage overall property operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility. Must have strong technical knowledge of MEP services, including Electrical, HVAC, DG, Plumbing, Fire & Safety, and other building systems. Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Supervise technical teams and ensure proper manpower deployment and performance. Conduct regular inspections of equipment, utilities, and critical building systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and maintenance procedures. Have working knowledge of soft services such as Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control, and Waste Management.
