Project Coordinator

·      Coordinate and monitor new store fit-outs and renovation projects.

·      Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

·      Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

·      Monitor civil, electrical, carpentry, painting, and interior works.

·      Conduct site visits and prepare project progress reports.

·      Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are followed at project sites.

·      Verify work completion and support bill certification processes.

·      Maintain project documentation, records, and MIS reports.

·      Coordinate material availability and logistics for project execution.

·      Resolve site-level issues and escalate critical matters when required.
