Job Title: Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day Project Monitoring: Track project progress daily and ensure tasks are on schedule. Flag delays and coordinate with teams to keep timelines on project work track.

- Bill Management & Follow-up: Prepare, review, and process project bills. Follow up on pending invoices and payments to ensure timely billing and collections.

- Review & Reporting: Conduct regular project reviews. Compile status reports, highlight risks, and update management.

- Client Coordination:

- Documentation: Maintain project records, reports, bills, and communication logs for audit and reference.

- Team Support: Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Skills Required:

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills

- Good communication and client-handling ability

- Basic understanding of billing/invoicing process

- Proficiency in MS Excel, word
