Role Summary

The role entails a thorough understanding of products and the ability to increase sales through effective customer engagement. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-centric, and driven to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Sales and Customer Engagement Engage customers by explaining pro duct features, benefits, and usage.

Conduct live product demonstrations to drive customer interest and purchases.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build strong relationships with customers and store staff.

2. Merchandising and Inventory

Maintain attractive and organized product displays.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.

Ensure products are correctly priced and positioned as per merchandising standards.

3. Reporting and Collaboration

Collect and report customer feedback and market insights.

Coordinate with store management for promotional activities.

Prepare and submit sales and performance reports.
