Job Title: Lead Management & Customer Success Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Management & Customer Success Specialist to drive our sales pipeline and manage our in-store experience. You will hunt for prospects, nurture existing leads, close orders, and provide top-tier customer service over the phone and on the showroom floor.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management: Proactively find new leads, swiftly follow up on inquiries.

Order Closing & Fulfillment: Persistent follow-up on outstanding quotes to secure sales, and tracking orders through to completion.

Customer Service & Calls: Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and provide a welcoming experience for walk-in store customers.

Operational Support: Handle basic sales documentation and assist with local promotions or store events as needed.
