Job Title: KYC Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)

Department: Super Loads

Location: KTP(Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore – Ground Floor (Within 5 km radius preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Key ResponsibilitiesVerify customer identity and KYC documents.
• Review and validate onboarding documentation.
• Conduct customer verification through calls (Voice Process).
• Follow up for pending documents and resolve customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Escalate discrepancies and suspicious cases as required.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, and customer verification processes.
• Attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Prior experience in KYC, Voice, Non-Voice, or Customer Service roles is preferred.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
