1–2 years of experience in preschool teaching

Good communication skills in English

Passionate about early childhood education

Patient, creative, and child-friendly personality

Ability to handle children with care and positivity

Basic classroom management skills

Montessori knowledge is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct preschool classroom activities and learning sessions

Support children's social, emotional, and academic development

Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment

Prepare teaching aids and activity materials

Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress

Participate in school events and celebrations

Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

NTT / Montessori / Early Childhood Education certification preferred
