- 3. Lead Assignment & CoordinationCreate and update leads in Zoho CRM with complete details
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales advisor
- Ensure smooth handover with proper briefing
- 4. Follow-Ups & NurturingConduct timely follow-ups with warm and cold leads
- Re-engage inactive leads to revive interest
- Maintain consistent communication until the lead progresses to site visit stage
- 5. Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
- Track lead status, source, and progression
- Provide daily/weekly updates on:
- Leads generated
- Leads qualified
- Conversion to site visits
- Performance Metrics (KPIs)Number of leads qualified
- Lead-to-site visit conversion rate
- Response time and follow-up efficiency
- Data accuracy in CRM
- Contribution to overall pipeline
- Key Requirements0–3 years of experience in presales, telesales, or customer engagement roles
- Strong communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Ability to understand client requirements quickly
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Preferred SkillsExperience in real estate / high-value sales environment
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar tools
- Strong persuasion and listening skills
