Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive/ Pre-Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Explain the Project details to the potential clients.
- Follow up with leads for the Site Visits.
- Answer customer questions and provide information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets for Site Visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English/Kannada or relevant local language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interest in Sales & Marketing .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in languages
- Willing ness to travel
- Saturday & Sunday , Public Holidays are Working days and Tuesday Week Off
QUALIFICATION:
- Fresher / Graduate / Post Graduates with Min 1+ Yrs of experience in sales.
