Job Description
Job SummaryThe Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for qualifying incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, assessing project feasibility, and scheduling appointments for the design/sales team. The role serves as the first point of contact for potential clients and helps improve conversion rates by ensuring only qualified prospects move to the sales stage.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead ManagementContact leads received through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website inquiries, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Maintain lead data in CRM software.
- Lead QualificationUnderstand customer requirements, including:
- Property type (Apartment, Villa, Office, Retail, etc.)
- Project stage (Under construction, Ready-to-move, Renovation)
- Location
- Budget range
- Timeline for execution
- Decision-making authority
- Assess lead quality based on predefined qualification criteria.
- Appointment SettingSchedule design consultation meetings with the sales/design team.
- Coordinate site visits and showroom visits.
- Ensure customers are informed about meeting details.
- Follow-Up ActivitiesConduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Nurture leads that are not immediately ready to proceed.
- Re-engage dormant leads through calls and WhatsApp campaigns.
- CRM & ReportingUpdate lead status and customer interactions in CRM.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports.
- Track conversion rates and appointment attendance.
Lead Qualification ChecklistA lead should ideally meet the following criteria:
- Property ownership confirmed
- Interior work requirement identified
- Budget available
- Project timeline defined
- Decision-maker involved
- Interested in design consultation
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Strong telecalling and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of residential and commercial interiors.
- CRM software knowledge.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Preferred Experience1–3 years in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Architecture, Home Improvement, or Construction industry preferred.
