Job Description
- Engage with potential Builders through inbound and outbound calls and digital inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and the sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales team for effective lead handover and closure support.
- Achieve defined targets for lead conversions, client engagement, and site visit scheduling.
- Deliver superior client experience through professional communication and relationship management.
