Job Description

Position Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with OEMs, and assisting in solution design. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to bridge customer needs with business solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify customer requirements.
  • Understand customer business and technical challenges and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare technical presentations, proposals, BOQs, and solution documents.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners for pricing, product information, and solution support.
  • Support RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and tender submissions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions.
  • Assist in preparing commercial quotations and maintaining proposal documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions for customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in customer meetings, webinars, exhibitions, and partner events.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on opportunities and proposals. 


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
  • Understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cyber Security, Cloud, or Data Center technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
