Job Description

  • Handle incoming leads from digital, property portals, social media, and other sources.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
  • Understand customers’ budgets, preferred locations, property types, and investment requirements.
  • Provide basic information about residential and commercial real estate projects, including pricing, amenities, location, and payment plans.
  • Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails.
  • Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective customers.
  • Prepare daily reports on calls, qualified leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and property sales.
  • Customer handling, lead qualification, and follow-up skills.
