• Job ResponsibilitiesPick customer orders accurately from store shelves.
• Pack products carefully according to Blinkit quality standards.
• Scan products using a handheld device.
• Verify product quantity and quality before packing.
• Ensure orders are ready for dispatch within the required timelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse.
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 10th Pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic reading and communication skills.
• Physically fit to stand, walk, and lift products during shifts.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on location, shift, and experience).
